Photo Transistor
A range of low cost visible light sensor ASICs with a current output which is directly proportional to the light level. They show excellent uniformity and linearity of performance with various types of light including ambient, tungsten filament,fluorescent and LED lights.The devices are supplied in 2-pin packaged LED style or SMD, especially designed to replace CdS cell as a result of the RoHS initiative.
